When the Smoke Brothers of Operation Fallen Flags heard that the U.S. Army Reserve Training Facility in Machesney Park, Illinois, needed a new flag, they went into action.
It was Sergeant Victor (one of the Smoke Brothers who serves as a First Sergeant at the training facility) who let us know that their flag had become worn from age – and of course we were honored to help them raise a beautiful new American flag in front of the training facililty.
